The $50/month fee includes full access to all features — dashboard, lender management, loan tracking, transaction history, and reporting. It also covers automatic updates and improvements (you'll always have the latest version), secure data backups, and ongoing support when you need help. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Most Gemachs are up and running within 1-2 weeks. This includes our initial call to understand your needs, migrating your existing data, configuring the system, and training you and your team. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your existing data and your schedule availability.

Yes! Mitzvah Manager is fully responsive and works beautifully on phones, tablets, and computers. You can check your fund status, record transactions, and manage your Gemach from anywhere. There's no app to download — just log in from any web browser.
